Como propuesta para el proximo año está la de dedicarle un poco más de tiempo a esto del mundo del blog, adelgazar los kilos de los turrones, sudar los litros de alcohol de los cubatas, hacerme unas cuantas marchas, meter algún gol ........ etc y etc.

First of all I want to say great blog! I had a quick question
in which I'd like to ask if you do not mind. I was interested to find out how you center yourself and clear your head prior to writing. I have had difficulty clearing my mind in getting my thoughts out. I do enjoy writing but it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are generally wasted just trying to figure out how to begin.
